About the company
Astiero is a CRM system for dentistry, created to automate the processes of diagnostics, communication with patients and the formation of treatment plans. The product is focused on simplifying the work of doctors and improving service for customers.
Solution
We developed a modern and adaptive CRM system with complex logic based on React.js and Laravel. As part of the project, a structure design (mind map) was carried out, a unique brand (logo and visual style) was created, and a thoughtful UX/UI design was implemented for convenient user work.
The key challenge was the implementation of complex medical logic: it was necessary to correctly display a large number of dental conditions and visualize them in an understandable format. For this, a system of realistic visualizations adapted to the CRM interface was created.
One of the key functions of the platform was the generation of a personalized PDF treatment plan. The dentist can create a document with the results of the diagnosis and send it to the client via email or phone, which greatly simplifies communication and increases the level of service.
Additionally, the system optimization was implemented and stable project support was provided.
Result
A modern CRM system for dentistry was created, which automates key processes, improves interaction with patients and increases the efficiency of the medical business.
