About the company
UTEX | Chernihiv Cable Plant is a Ukrainian manufacturer of cable products specializing in solutions for various segments: from FTTH to backbone systems for difficult operating conditions.
Solution
We developed a modern and adaptive website-catalog using WordPress (WooCommerce) as the basis for managing products and content. A structure design (mind map) was carried out and a minimalist UX/UI design was created using the company’s brand colors.
An adaptive layout was implemented for correct display on all devices. Particular attention was paid to convenient navigation: a single-level menu with access to the catalog, search, contacts and favorites was implemented.
The website implemented a product catalog with search, filtering and dynamic loading of products without reloading the page. The product card includes advanced functionality: characteristics, variable options, tables with fixed columns and horizontal scrolling, as well as additional files and related products.
Added the functionality of the selected item with the ability to form an application via a pop-up. Implemented a dealer page with Google Maps API integration to display geolocations and contact information.
The site also includes a structured section “About the company”, job and news pages, contact forms, multilingualism and an application processing system via an administrative panel with access segregation.
Result
A functional catalog site was created that effectively presents the company’s products, simplifies navigation for users and optimizes the application processing process. The platform provides convenient interaction with customers and supports the development of the company’s online direction.
